Refund policy

RETURNS
Stonessa has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: undamaged, unused, and clean.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@stonessa.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to package and where to send your return. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

You must return the item in the original packaging to ensure safe delivery. Please wrap the item carefully to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend taking a photo of the item and its packaging upon arrival and before shipping it back, for reference in case of disputes.

Please note that you are responsible for any damage or loss that may occur during the return shipping process. Stonessa is not responsible for any damage that may occur during the return transit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

Your refund will be credited to the same card used for the original purchase. If you paid via direct bank transfer, please provide your account details for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

This return policy complies with the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Serbia.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your parcel immediately upon delivery. If you receive damaged items, contact us at info@stonessa.com within 24 hours after receipt. We will replace the item or provide a refund if it is no longer available.
