Once your order has been confirmed, it will take 3 to 5 working days to process and prepare your order for shipping.

Depending on your location and the shipping option you choose, your order will arrive between 2 and 15 business days from the date it is shipped. However, on rare occasions, delivery of your order may take longer than expected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can stay informed about your package location and estimated delivery date.

Stonessa carefully packs and ships your order with Post Export Standard or DHL Express, which delivers it directly to the nearest postal agent in your country.

Delivery costs vary according to the destination country and the weight of parcel, and will be added in the final step of checkout process.

Please note that some countries require taxes and customs charges to be paid on incoming parcels from abroad.

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we make a conscious effort to utilize recycled packing materials whenever it is feasible to do so.
